Moms in my neighborhood are hiring them now, so you should get started. The ES teachers who will also work as nannies get hired fast.

We need a summer nanny for our elementary school age children. I need a nanny who can drive- so not a high school student, although I would be good with a college student or maybe a graduating high school senior who had 2 years of driving experience. Question- for those who have successfully hired for this before when did you start looking? When do college students start planning their summer?
