They could BEAT most Mid-Atlantic ECNL clubs.

South Shore Select and STA are strong clubs and could be most Mid-Atlantic ECNL teams. I wouldn't count your ECNL eggs before they have all hatched.

Right now, both leagues hold a combination of levels.

Yes DA and US Soccer is a sinking ship. Put a folk in them...they are done!

Nobody said US Soccer is a sinking ship. The DA is thought. In 2 years, it’s either a B league or gone.

DA seems to be ending up as the second tier league despite USSF efforts. The ongoing departure of top clubs to ECNL is hard to ignore. Now that US Soccer is not avoiding ECNL clubs for NT camps and callups, the best players are free to pick the best clubs to play for. More and more this looks like ECNL since they are getting the best clubs.

So the only clubs worth their salt are in the sinking DA next year or get placed in a tournament group with South Shore?

Would they have gone DA if they could’ve gone ECNL? I think not. Look at them versus the other new DA teams. I’m still looking for the big club that left ECNL for DA this or last year. I can’t seem to find them.

Strong club with a record of competitive success against several names we know (FC Stars, McLean, Maryland United, NC Fusion, and other megaclubs.

Pretty strong add for the DA
