Note that it all takes place in ‘Silver Spring’ facilities- that’s (& Wheaton) where 90% of the county’s funds have gone these last 10 years while other cities rot because we are ‘too privileged’. We are only eligible for tax increases. But that’s not enough for them! They have been re-elected so it will continue indefinitely.
Way to run a great county straight into the ground.
