Is it going to help you lose weight? No, in general exercise doesn't. Diet helps you lose weight. Exercise helps you live longer and move better.
OP here. Right, agree. Stopping my night time snacking/alcohol and cutting sweets will help me lose weight (I otherwise eat pretty clean and balanced meals). I guess my real question is, will the NY Times workout help me get toned? My arms specifically need some work!
