sex life was great before implants but it's off the hook now. I LOVE them as does my husband. I only wish I'd done it earlier! Self-confidence is the best aphrodisiac!!! It's such an easy surgery. She should totally do it.

Small-chested woman here. Just want to weigh in that if I ever get breast augmentation (which I probably won't, only because of the cost and judgment I would get from my family), it would be for myself and secondarily for my husband. Just because a woman gets a boob job doesn't mean she has an AP.

She might not have one... yet... but she's got her eye on one that she might like to have.

The tummy can be handled with effort in many non-C section cases. I would never ask for that. I lobe my babies to death but they ruined my perkies. A lift and a small implant did wonders for me liking the way I looked and I believe it helps me want to stay fit.

I love my implants and don't regret my decision at all. Women's bodies go through a lot after pregnancy and childbirth. I had small, subtle implants put in and they look great. I certainly don't judge anyone who decides to get a little work done after kids because it really is reconstructive in a way. And yes, I felt confident and sexy afterwards which definitely enhanced our sex life.

I'm pregnant with my first and I am already looking into tummy lipo and a breast augmentation/reconstruction when the time and finances allow for it.

My husband is supportive and wants to have some input on the shape and size of the augmentation. But ultimately, I am doing this for myself. I want a smooth stomach and nice breasts, thankfully you can pay for that these days.

I don't know why there is such a stigma associated with plastic surgery. I really don't care what other people think I should or shouldn't do with my body.

It definitely made me feel more attractive and sexier and that had an effect in our bedroom. Just don't let her go overboard by going from an A to a D. I tend to wear loose fitting clothes so my augmentation was pretty subtle when clothed. But there was a good difference when naked and that got my DH's attention.
