I'm 5'7 and my goal weight is 115-118. I do have to watch what I eat to maintain there. I also have to run at least 5 miles 5-6 times a week. I hate running but at least it's a relatively quick work out.
Any advice?
It's annoying all the people who say "just eat intuitively." If I don't count calories, I gain weight, like most people.
This isn't advice you are going to want to hear (though, I suspect maybe you know it already)...
But, you have two choices. Keep counting calories, restricting, and exercising in a way that you don't enjoy. And stay thin (I would guess 115 at your height even looks "quite" thin). OR, allow your body to be a natural weight and eat what feels right (that's what's intuitive) and move your body in ways that make you feel strong and that bring you pleasure (bike rides, walks, dance class, etc)

BTW, I am not exactly this person myself. I am 5'1" and naturally muscular. I liked being 98lbs through my 20s but I also had stress fractures and no period. I now can be 104-5 with effort (but still being healthy, getting my period etc.) or 108-10 with not much effort at all (I always exercise but drink and eat "fully"). Since the lower weight can happen without sacrificing health, I'm sticking with that for now. But I know that my body likes being a bit heavier.
