All men are the same.

You right, they are quite different. Like at least half of them only want to date grandmas. Ugly, but really smart women are the most popular. Pretty woman, smart or not so smart, don't have any chance, only sometimes. Most of men will insist that you cut your hair really short. But even that is not so obvious. They tend to be so different in their choices!

It is when they are shop for you clothing that they are same! And even then such choice! Not hair but oh I can see that yes. Why so ugly I do not know but yes seem that way, but sometimes yes they put value on

I’m honestly not trying to be rude, but what the heck are the 2 PPs talking about? Yes, I’ve had some wine, but are you both from a different country? I honestly have no idea what you are trying to say.

There are plenty of men for whom it is ONLY about the looks, but in the long run most men want a deeper connection and appreciation for their partner than just youthful good looks. It’s not an either or proposition.

This.

My husband (with whom I had a long-term on-again, off-again “thing”) truly had his pick of the litter. He was in an international city, a handsome, smart, and very well-off man about town and he chose me, a decently attractive woman with whom he had smoking hot sex and great conversations. He could easily have married a model beautiful woman (really, he could have married a model), but he was looking for more than just looks.

This is a terrible example for a couple of reasons. But I get what you're trying to ask. The truth is when men have a lot of power and unlimited resources, they will almost always choose a gorgeous woman, model pretty. Not a scientist, not an athlete, not a writer.

Who would you pick?

Picking for what? ONS? Relationship?

I suppose it would be fun to enjoy the beautiful one's body, but ultimately the talented one would be more interesting and fun to be around. And as an artist who's in touch with her passion side, she'd probably be much MUCH better in bed, honestly.

So yeah, talent > beauty

Uh, no. A talented but unpleasant woman is less preferable to a more ordinary but pleasant woman. Stop confusing resume with relationship. I don’t want to read your resume.

Both women should take a hard pass on Bradley Cooper. Really, I'm not feelin' it here.

Men don't care if you can sing to them.
