We paid $150/embryo for PGS at Dominion plus a $1500 embryo biopsy.

The PGS costs were more expensive for us at CCRM than Shady Grove. Shady Grove also has more financial programs and some Out of Pocket negotiated rates with some insurances like Aetna.

We didn't end up getting treatment at CCRM, but if I were to try a medicated cycle again and money was no concern, I'd go to CCRM in a second. Shady Grove was okay but they don't want to experiment or try alternatives for patients with DOR like myself. The doctors at CCRM and Dominion were much more willing to try different approaches and also listened to our concerns much more closely.

I recently cycled at CCRM. Even with insurance coverage, we had to pay $6,000 for the surgical suite, the embryo biopsy and cryopreservatlon, and CCS shipping and testing. Hope this helps!

I had a few failed cycles locally so decided to go to their original CO location. Yes I also had to pay for 3 quick trips there (2 were one night stays & one was 3 nights), but the prices were just a bit higher than other dc clinics. My insurance had no if coverage but they do take insurance if you have it. Anyways, I was successful on the first try (they did a single FET), so it was worth every cent. I just wish I hadn’t wasted so much time & $ locally.

Their original Colorado location is really expensive, but also has some of the best success rates in the country.

From what I've seen, their other offices tend to fall pretty close to market rates for the city they're in (New York, Minneapolis, etc.)

Maybe also people referring to other CCRM clinics? My previous clinic in Houston is CCRM and 3 years ago an IVF cycle (w/ICSI, not PGS) was $16k. I was happy to hear Shady Groves prices compared to what we paid before.

Yes, they take most of the major carriers.

Many people at Shady Grove do shared risk which can end up cheaper if you need more than 1 cycle or decide to stop/go elsewhere.

I have read and heard that CCRM is more expensive. How much did you pay for one cycle all-in? And if you also cycled somewhere else what was the cost difference? Thanks!
