16-18. Yes, the little ones are hard but you get positive feedback from them. They think mama is the best thing ever. Teenagers are expensive, demanding and think you are the stupidest thing alive.

1.5 - 2.5

Newborn to preschool age was the worst.

Three. Ugh.

+1. Totally my experience with my kids too. Three was awful. Then four came and they became these sweet, charming little creatures.

But 15 hasn't been so hot either...

This. The 24/7 round the clock care. Getting ready to go somewhere only to have the baby spit up all over both of our outfits. Trying to run errands in between feedings and naps.

Life changed so much when they started to sleep through the night and their attention span started to grow.

0-6 months is pretty rough. 3.5 is worse because they make it rough and some of the things they do are intentional.

For my first, 0-6 months, and for my second, 3.

1-3, for the same reasons you stated.

I loved 1.5-3. Very cute age, lots of joy and wonder. Have no experience with teenage years yet but I think it sounds tough.

With one of my kids (he's turning 7), every age has been awesome. With another, every age has been a total pain (he's turning 5).

But honestly, with my first two, I loved 4. With my third, it was a huge let down since I expected to turn the corner of tantrums and we did not.

17 yr old.
Think they're invisible and that none of your nuggets of wisdom are applicable to them. And they sleep-in too long on weekends.

Elementary school years. All she talked about was toys and boring crap, and was TERRIBLE at telling a story. Could NOT tell a cohesive story to save her life. I always had to ask like 40 clarifying questions.

From middle school on, things have been gravy.

Newborn through 6 months was my least favorite. So fussy, so needy, and also kind of boring.

I think 2 is my least favorite age. Can’t share. Lots of tantrums. Can’t communicate well. Can’t reason. And still doesn’t sleep through the night. Starting to fight naps.
