You are only supposed to get a letter if you are eligible, I thought. There shouldn't even be "ineligible" letters going out.
If this is true, such incompetence. They've had 2 months to do some simple data entry. The PSAT was administered first week of December and all applications were due December 14th. All that was needed was to take student GPA from School Max in 4 core subjects, and enter those grades into a formula. This could have been done by hand by 2 people in a day for Pete's sake.
