We had the same (pull ups brand for us). Switched to training underpants for nighttime and the rash went away quickly. He did not magically stop wetting overnight, though, so probably switching brands is a better first option.

It's possible. My son got a rash on his buttcheeks from Target brand pullups but not walmart brand. They look near identical to me but obviously not.

My dd gets rashes from some brands of pull ups, but has had no problem with Aldi's brand of pullups, of all things!
Just had the same thing happen when we used Honest after using Pull Ups (Huggies) for a while. Honest seemed to trap heat and thus moisture. No issues with Pull Ups

Bambo Nature, Naty, Honest, and Seventh Generation are all variations of fewer/zero chemicals. I prefer the first two but they are more obscure in that I can’t buy them at Target. Online works with planning. MOM’s sells Naty but not the pull-ups and not in the right size. I’d go to the website for those. Amazon sells them but majorly price gouges. Bambo can be bought on Amazon Prime.

Yes, get a generic brand as there are a lot of chemicals in the name brand ones.

I’d probably get a small box of another brand and see if th rash improves.

Yes. We had a rash from pull-ups. We only used st night and for naps but she sleeps hot so it pretty much turned into ringworm that would not go away in two places where the pull-up band rubbed her.
I ended ditching them, using an otc antifungal on the area for a while and it finally went away.

My DC uses a pull up at night and for a nap. We’ve used for a while but somewhat recently ordered a new pack that looked different than the last one. My DC has an odd rash on the hip/lower back area. It seems to come and go but never really totally go away. Its a red liney looking rash. Could it be the new pull ups? Has anyone ever had an issue with them? It doesn’t seem to bother my DC at all -just wondering if it’s worth a try to ditch the pull ups and see if rash disappears.
