Staff turnover is a huge issue.

We have been happy there, but agree that it is pricey. At this point, we just suck it up because it's worked well, and our child has a lot of little friends there. However, every time they do the annual tuition increase, we think again about finding a different option.

Toured it. A lot of colleagues use it and are happy, but I agree with PP: underwhelmed for the price. Felt small, institutional and it sounds like they have a lot of staff turnover. Pretty typical for BH, but it’s $2800 a month for infants! The good thing is it sounds like they don’t have as long of a waitlist as some other BH locations because a lot of their clients are university or embassy employees, so quite a bit of family turnover.

We were able to do a nanny share for less, so opted for that.

We did a tour. For the price, we were very underwhelmed. Would much rather reverse commute to Tenleytown for nicer, cheaper care options.

Bump! I would like some insight on this daycare too. Also, any other recommendations near Georgetown.

Any recent experiences with the Bright Horizons daycare center in Georgetown? I didn't see much discussion of it when I searched for old threads, but would appreciate any insight.
