I’d love a hug when I get home from work. It’d just be nice to start to the evening. Currently, just the dogs come to say hello and if I try to hug her I’ll get an elbow.

The other thing is that if our son or I try to talk to her - please listen to what we’re saying instead of just cutting us off and mowing over us with a loud/aggressive/unpleasant opinion. It creates resentment from both of us.

I’m sure I’ve got some things to work on too.

I wish my wife would not leave her open diet Coke cans or glasses of water laying around. If you're done, toss them or put them in the sink. If they aren't done...just put them in the fridge or something. There is a half full can of diet Coke in one of the recliners cup holders. It's been there for 4 days. She will eventually get it. At least she doesn't leave dirty dishes laying around anymore.

OP here. No, a sexist premise would be "men, what do you wish ALL WOMEN would stop/change". I'm asking husbands specifically what they wish *their own wives* would change.

Like, just because one husband wishes his wife would stop wearing boxers and ratty T-shirts to bed doesn't mean all men would notice or care about that kind of thing. But if I see one husband make that comment, I'll think about it, and consider whether that's something I want to change for a while, and see if I get a positive result.

We all have annoying/unattractive habits and behaviors. No one is perfect, and that's fine.

But I'm curious, and this question is for husbands: What little things do you wish your wives would change/stop?
