Whole foods 365 brand gummies are my kids favorite! They don't have much iron but my kids eat meat so no issue.

Zarbees, Flintstones, and smarty pants all make toddler specific gummy multivitamins. They are smaller and an easier texture to chew than regular gummy vitamins.

No iron, but DC has taken these since ~4yo (didn't try earlier so don't know how easy the gummy chewables are for younger than that).

At that age we did the Barleans fish oil swirl, now the Barleans fish oil seriously delicious.

For both of my low-iron kids, increasing the eggs cooked in a cast iron skillet was enough.

My 2 year old needs extra iron (tested anemic) and we do these iron drops:

He loves them and we have no problem having him take them. They do stain, so I tend to give it to him while he's in the bath each night, and then brush teeth relatively soon afterwards.

Obviously it's not a multi-vitamin, but it'd solve the iron issue.

My son likes the green fiber added smarty pants. They seemed more nutritional than their regular kids version from what I recall also.

I can't figure out a good gummy vitamin for my 2.5 year old. Some I've tried are just too hard to chew and she gives up and spits them out. Any suggestions? Any brands better than others also for good mix of vitamins, maybe with iron too? I was doing a dropper vitamin in her milk, but she's starting to not drink it consistently anymore and the iron taste is a little strong for water. I know getting this stuff from food is best- so no need for that comment thanks!- but she's a very picky eater and veggies are a really tough sell.
