Cut off NSAIDS, Take tumeric dissolved in warm water every 3 hours for pain. Works better than painkillers and does not damage the liver. My Indian coworker introduced me to this remedy and on his recommendation I buy the powdered spice from Indian grocery stores now instead of buying the capsules from GNC. The price difference is enormous.
