Not disrespecting your choice...just saying please don't complain to me about how busy you are. My kids are school age, so all of us have child care during the school day. I come home and finish working at home with my kids at home. No nanny. One SAHM could not believe I have to go grocery shopping on the weekends.

So your philosophy is never complain because someone out there always has it worse than you. That's an admirable way to live. I trust you never talk about being busy, because some women are single moms and do all of what you do, without a spouse. And care for their elderly parents. But by your logic, even those women shouldn't ever mention how busy they are, because somewhere, a single parent working full time, taking care of elderly parents also has cancer herself.

I’m a SAHM and have never made this complaint to anyone, ever, including when I was working PT and taking my SN kid for tons of therapies. I can’t picture any other SAHM complaining like that, OP.

Wonderful that you can stay at home. Wonderful that you have that choice. I'm sure you keep yourself busy. But...I do everything you do, and work full time (including volunteering at the school by rationing time off). I respect you and your choice but DO NOT complain to me about how busy you are. Thank you.
