So being up at 4am with a fever, means you have to wait until the child's fever goes away (WITHOUT TYLENOL). And no way was that fever "gone, poof!" at 4:30am.
And if you give tylenol,etc. to get rid of the fever, then you start the clock about 6 hours after giving the meds because any sooner than that is the medication keeping the fever down.
