What exactly is driving you crazy? Finding things to do, or are you the only one planning things?

We formulate a very loose plan and then firm things up the night before or morning of. It works best for us to go into the weekend having an idea of what's going on but then maintain flexibility as long as possible. Sometimes kids get sick, or something else comes up, or we end up needing some down time at home after a long work week. Obviously when other people are involved or the outing requires tickets or reservations we plan in advance and stick to the schedule.
