HA. what would you expect OP? Grocery store sushi is terrible. It's not made by authentic sushi makers. Go to a restaurant or order carry out.

Whole Foods sushi is very average too. Wegmans is much better.

I frequently read and contribute to threads exolling the virtues of this and that Trader Joe’s items. For once I am here to report the opposite - I tried TJ’s sushi (CA rolls) today for the first time and it is awful. Extremely sweet and almost chemically and fake tasting. And before the sushi snobs come out, I eat grocery store sushi from Whole foods and it is a different world than TJs, which is probably akin to the sushi 7-11 would sell if it did.
