OK to climb on equipment with your kid if it’s basically empty or if you are on a toddler playground. Not OK to climb on equipment to help your kid because your kid is too young for the playground (unless, per above, playground is basically empty).

Verbally instruct your child to be a good citizen if/when it comes up. If your child refuses, intervene physically after a few minutes. (I mean for sharing space, turns, unkind but in the range of normal words, etc. obviously extreme behavior would warrant quicker intervention.)

If your kid is bothering another adult, even if it’s basically that adult’s fault, encourage kid to move on unless other adult volunteers that it’s fine.
