I have not noticed this.
If someone is honking OP, doesn't that mean they are not texting while driving and they are paying attention? Are you sure it was not a construction vehicle or a truck that had to turn around because it was clearing roads during the storm?

I saw a big truck do this today, right at school drop off time. He even honked at cars to get out of his way while he was on the wrong side of the road. Have you noticed this too? Most of the time i think it must be someone texting while driving and not paying attention. It can lead to some very scary situations. I have seen this 4 times in the past 2 months out in the suburbs. Has anyone else noticed this too.
