The true story and real Erin Brokovitch is amazing though!

Thanks PPs- it's on my Starz through Amazon so I'm starting it!

Any thoughts on how to learn about the true EB?

Aaron Eckhart is such a hottie, too.

I would drive past Hinkley on Hwy 58 going from the CA Central Valley across the high Mojave Desert. Dry, dreary wasteland.

A Civil Action is an incredible book but so-so movie.

that was a good scene. but there where a few others. oen is is where she tells ed that he sucks at apologizing, thenhe final scene where he turns the tables after giving her check him telling her that she sucks at apologizing.

but the one scene i really loved was

Kurt Potter: Wha... how did you do this?
Erin Brockovich: Well, um, seeing as how I have no brains or legal expertise, and Ed here was losing all faith in the system, am I right?
Ed Masry: Oh, yeah, completely. No faith, no faith...
Erin Brockovich: I just went out there and performed sexual favors. Six hundred and thirty-four blow jobs in five days... I'm really quite tired.

One of the attorneys (not Erin's boss) was actually Tom Gihardi (Erika's husband from Real Housewives BH).

Love it! Wish I was that good.

But then again, this is why I’m not a writer!

Haven't seen that movie in ages. I remember liking it at the time.
