I have 1.5 year old twins. We have a pikler triangle with a ramp/slide accessory and they use it daily. It was a great purchase for them. They’re climbers. My oldest likes making it into a fort, too. I like that it folds easily. We store it in a closet when we need the floor space for something else.

OP here - I realize you're trying to sell - but would you have bought it new for just one child? DC1 is 5 now, DC2 is 1, I know it will be good for DC2, but I was hoping our 5 yo would be able to play with it as well. Wish I lived closer!

I think if you have a climber then it is a great buy. I know friends whose kids aren’t that into climbing, but mine were climbing everything at a young age and they loved having a safe space to climb when they were little and used it constantly in a few different configurations. As they got big enough that the climbing was less of a challenge, they moved to things like climbing up one side then walking down the beam component, using the bean to create a ramp for cars and balls and then later using the triangle as a base for making blanket forts or setting up dolls and toys to live under neath it like a sort of dollhouse—basically it is very open-ended so even your 5yo will probably find some ways to play with it, but the thing that really made it worth the money for us was the climbing factor when they were small.

Anyone have one of these? Thoughts? We have a cheap free plastic slide that we brought in for DC1 during the winter months (we live somewhere very snowy), but have been reading awesome reviews on some of these pikler triangles, they're pricey but I think I can get one for a good deal. Just wondering if it's worth it.
