+1 - I posted earlier but I agree with PP about problem solving. I am so sorry you have no one to help you. My parents are dead and I feel lost and alone when things get hard. I am sorry you are going through this.

Dont give up hope. Utilities will cut you some slack too, but you have to let them know you are struggling. There's food assistance out there too. Do you attend a place of worship? They might be able to help as well.

Plenty of people directly impacted by the shutdown who aren't getting backpay (contractors, small local businesses etc).

All my credit cards have had offers on their websites for those impacted and need some help with not getting super behind on payments. Even just picking up the phone and speaking yo someone can help delay penalties and fees.
