I make his reverse-sear beef tenderloin every year for Christmas dinner, and it's amazing. Love his hasselback potatoes as well.

I recently started going to this website myself. Kenji's reverse-sear steak is brilliant and comes out delicious. So far I've tried it with a t-bone and a sirloin and very good results with both.

The veggie chili is great! Just made some for SuperBowl Sunday. Also love their risotto recipes.
Second the Kenji/ Stella recommendations. From their archives, I used to enjoy Max Falkowitz’s recipes a few years ago. He had a focus on spices and ice creams.

As a rule, pretty much anything by Kenji Lopez Alt or Stella Parks (BraveTart). Daniel Gritzer can be reliable too.
