Instead of eating them, I just throw everything into a blender, add water and a little bit of plain non-fat yogurt and turn them into smoothies. I drink one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
Is it the same thing as eating the fruit themselves? By blending the fruit, is it going to destroy some of fiber in the fruit itself? Seem like the evidence is not very conclusive. I would rather consume these fruit in liquid form than spend the time eating them.
What do you think?
