I cant remember what I paid but I got Lupron (for an FET) from Avella pharmacy in Arizona and remember it wasnt too bad but Im out of pocket and pay high prices for everything so my sense might be skewed.

I got micro Lupron (for Lupron protocol fresh cycle) from Rosemont pharmacy in Philadelphia area; that I remember was about $200.
