My weight loss slowed a bit during the holidays, (which also included 3 birthdays and anniversary) when I was less disciplined, but still eating healthy. I still want to lose 17 more, but will be in a normal BMI weight after 5 more.
Sept-Oct: 10lbs
Oct-Nov: 10lbs
Nov-Dec: 5lbs
Dec-Jan: 5lbs
Jan-Feb partial month: 3lbs
