Ours in CCDC is still in our alley next to the trash cans.

We recently got rid of our tree in Bethesda. It got picked up with the regular yard trim last week. The reason we keep it for a long time is that we cut it ourselves after Thanksgiving and put it in water - so it doesn't dry out.

It isn't a pick up day; it is a pick up window that lasts a few weeks and started on the 14th.

I never understood why the initial pickup date (1/14) was so late to begin with. Who is leaving their tree up for two weeks after the new year?

Original pickup was supposed to be 1/14. Ours was picked up on 1/28. Ridiculous. I was done with it on 1/2!

Our tree is still on the curb along with several others in the block.
The original pick-up day (Jan. 15th or so?) was cancelled as the trees were under a foot of snow.
