Yup our house has a front door, side door by driveway (no garage), back door off the kitchen and door from the basement. Not WTF at all.

Yeah and where do you live? Guarantee its not the District.

My house in DC growing up had a front door, back door garage door and basement door. My little townhouse in Petworth had a front door, basement door (to the back yard) and kitchen door (to the deck which lead to the stairs to the back yard). The end units in our block had side driveways with another door.

That is an ugly house, but not a weird number of doors.

I like ours as I can go directly into the kitchen.

I never got the point of those. One of my friends lives in one and the 'main' door is just facing overgrown vegetation and no one uses it.

I think they must have done an addition, with a layout change but were too lazy to close up the unused entryway. Just a guess, but I scratched those off our list.

My parents' house is large and has 8 entrances. This always made me super-nervous. It's out west and there are a ton of sliding glass doors.

I bet there were multiple families/renters living there at one time. The landlord knocked down the partitions and walls so it looks like 1 house for an easier sale.

I've seen 3, never 4 in the District. In fact its super-rare to get a built-in garage in D.C. at all - so this house is definitely...special. They should have just got rid of one of the street-facing doors. My vote is the side one.

Why does the listing say 1,790 sf and the description says 3,400?

Does the side door get them the Crittendon address, versus 8th St.?

That is a tremendously cramped and oddly shaped layout. Bleh.

Now I've seen it all.

- The backyard fenced-in entrance
- The garage entrance
- The front door
- The side door that looks like a front door

WTF?
