DS has gone as a guest and had fun, because he was with his friends not because he was at “the club.” We don’t belong and their friends have had fun when they have come over to our house or come with us somewhere. DS asks from time to time if we can join. I don’t feel bad for saying no. It’s natural for kids to want to go to whereever their friends are hanging out.
And I’ve neber heard the kids say the club. They call it by the name.
