Do the monitoring visits happen yearly? And by lag do you mean that they are posting as they do inspections? Some inspections records seem to be much older than others

They just started the practice of posting violations for the public to see a few months ago, so there will be a lag time. Plus, licenses are now good for three years (with monitoring visits in between).

That site is correct but it is missing a lot of data. Lots of places have no records at all, even though they've been around for years.

See if this has what you are looking for. I think if you dig deep you can see the items they had to fix and be reinvestigated for but I’m not sure if violations are listed.

In Virginia you can see the licensing violations for daycare centers on the dss website. Is there something similar for DC?
