Woodmore is a good school, parents care about the success of their children and most of the teachers were dedicated and talented. I received many negative comments from parents sending their children to private schools when I asked parents I'd meet at sporting events about Woodmore, but none of them had any real information. Visit the school, talk with the Principal and make your own judgment.

Would you say that this is a good school? If you had children that attended (or currently attend), do they like it?
Thanks in advance for any insights!

The tax dollars do not go to the schools it’s evident
If you can afford go private, it’ll benefit your child culturally in the long run

Yes it is a lot but that is where public school is in the US.
In my experience in PGCPS, there is usually another adult in the room in a K class. Between reading specialists, math specialists, ESOL teachers, Special Education educators and teachers aides the teacher has help a large part of the day.
I know that many, many private schools have K classes with more than 22 students per K class with no full time aide.
