Thanks. I’ll check it out. Preparing ahead is what’s helped me be successful for the last 16 or so days.

I’ve been doing the Daniel fast for 21 days and need a plan for when I stop it. It’s supposed to end at 21 days. I may want to extend it some. I need a plan so that I don’t revert back to my old ways. I ate sweets and flour several times a day. This plan allows for fruits veggies, whole grains (although I’m not eating bread or pasta), nuts, legumes, seeds. No caffeine, alcohol, sugar, dairy. I feel better, although I’m bored. I miss meat some and eggs for sure. Have not had many cravings. Has anyone changed their eating habits this way? I’m concerned that if I resume caffeine (strong British tea, the. I’ll want to add back Splenda and cows milk). Experience to share? TIA
