But this year, I've tried to be more mindful about eating mostly healthful foods while I'm in this "I'm-not-going-to-limit-intake" phase. Because it's more about my body feeling full/having something to work on right now than craving any one thing, so I might as well fill up on healthful foods rather than junk.
That sounds like a good start. Has filling up on healthy foods curbed your winter weight?
