Thank you for sharing, everyone. It gives me hope. I had a missed miscarriage at 7 week with my only PGS normal embryo. I’m starting a new cycle this month and am hopeful.

First PGS normal: miscarriage around 6 weeks
Second PGS normal: identical twins

Three PGS normal embryos:
First FET - successful pregnancy
Second FET - ectopic
Third FET - BFN

I had a blighted ovum and a chemical pregnancy - each time PGS normal frozen transfers.

No idea where the hell to go from here and feeling quite lost

10 weeks is rough! did you have any signs or was it a total surprise?

I had a mc of a PGS normal at 10 weeks. The very next transfer (2 months, 1 cycle later, exact same protocol) was my DD, she is now 14 mo old. The mc was unexplained, and I wanted to start another cycle as soon as possible so I wouldn't overthink things. I'm so glad I kept going. I still grieve over that loss though.

In light of my previous m/c, my RE added Vivelle patches to my post-transfer protocol, in addition to the Prometrium suppositories, until I reached 10w.

First was a m/c around 5w. Second transfer was 4 months later and resulted in a BFP. She just turned 2 last month.

I miscarried a pgs normal embryo at 6 weeks. I just had my 2nd FET of a pgs normal embryo (also from the same batch) and today I'm officially 5 weeks pregnant! However, I am trying to remain cautiously optimistic! Good luck!

i had one missed miscarriage of a PGS normal.. A year later I had another missed miscarriage of a PGS normal - same batch. I have one ore left and doctor does not think there is anything wrong with me/ my uterus - just that that something was wrong with the embryos. They were from the same batch.

First transfer was a mic at 8 weeks. Second transfer was a bfn. Third transfer was the charm and he’s now 9 months old. I didn’t do anything different for the transfers and the embryos all were from the same retrieval. I asked my RE about switching up the protocol, but he said that 1 mc and 1 failed transfer did not mean that things weren’t working. Very happy I stayed the course.

I had a pgs normal chemical in June (second beta lower than first). I asked for an endo scratch for the next transfer - dr agreed to do it but didn’t necessarily think I should do it. I also added baby asprin and switched to a prenatal with folate instead of folic acid just from my own research. Second transfer worked and am 26 weeks pregnant. Also second embryo happened to be a better grade than first (4AA vs 3AA) because I transferred my only female embryo first.
