I started Couch to 5K last week, and have been using the Boogie Shoes podcast to follow along (I enjoy the music more than some of the other podcasts, although it does get repetitive when you listen to the same one three times in a week). I wouldn't mind being able to use an app in addition to or instead though, especially if I could listen to my own music at the same time.

I downloaded the 5K runner, but you seem to need to pay to access workouts after the first few, and I prefer a free app. Any suggestions?
