I did a natural cycle FET at Cornell and the transfer was 5 days after the LH surge (monitored by urine collection).


FWIW, the embryos were frozen blasts (5 day development).


Reading more closely, she said 7 days after surge (and ovulation follows surge) so that makes more sense. This is a Day 6 blast.


That does make more sense.
