That's my neighbor who has a Mini, except she's in her 50s and has a dog...

^ We just paid three fifty to fix our Jeep Wrangler for a similar repair btw. Nothing has ever gone wrong with our Porsche but I’m sure it will be significant when it finally happens.

I know two who could not afford to fix them. One bill was over $4000 and just not justifiable.

I love them...

The countryman is a great car — you don’t need premium fuel, but it does call for the mid grade.

We had one. Right after we paid it off and warranty ended it became a money pit. Got rid of it. It had been regularly maintained up until then as well.

My 17 year old sister drives one...

Same. I see a lot of men driving them and younger people, especially in cities. They are easy to park and fun to drive.

Yeah, they're fun to drive until you drive to the dealer to get something fixed.

Then the fun STOPS.

Repairs tend to be on the costly side, as is the case with most European cars.

Same. I see a lot of men driving them and younger people, especially in cities. They are easy to park and fun to drive.

I love my countryman! It’s a bigger car than it looks and adults fit fine in the rear.

I have had no repairs yet so I can’t speak to that issue.

With that said, I have a coworker who drives one. She has two in car seats and they don’t look too squished. I don’t know how long two teens would want to crowd in back there though.

I am in love with the Countryman. Does anyone drive one? How big is the backseat? Would it work with teens? And how expensive are they to repair?
