Pack for breakfast and lunch from home. Why do people spend money on putting garbage into their bodies? This week, I made extra bibimbap and brought that to work. It's healthy and balanced. Bring along a Fage or Siggis yogurt cups in your insulated lunch bag for breakfast. Don't listen to the awful suggestions on this thread especially the Jimmy Deans sausage breakfast poster- yuck!
