Thanks!

The issue is weekly swim. You need to go 3+ times a week, or at least 2+ of instruction and another day or two of practice to progress.

Wheaton Glenmont pool is good for swim in the summer - its every day in the AM.

After a summer of swimming and after weekly private lessons at a YMCA my kid is still barely swimming. The motivation is there but it's not clicking. I worry our instructor isn't offering the right guidance and week in and week out it's the same thing. Can you recommend someone that teaches at local DC pools (either park and rec. or others) or nearby MD (silver spring, etc.)?
