Sorry for the setback OP, but glad you caught it.
My RE says 80% of cases the infection is eliminated with first round of antibiotics. From studies I've read, looks like over 99% eliminated with a second round of antibiotics.

If you do this for the endometrial receptivity assay, the biopsy has to be on specific days and you do it as part of what is essentially a mock transfer cycle.
SG has a study going on to see how helpful the ERA is, but I don't think their results are out yet.

Agree 100 percent. I think they usually have you do it the month before the FET so you also get the benefit of the scratch.
Because I tested positive, I have to wait an extra cycle to do the antibiotics and then re-biopsy to be sure it's gone.

I just did this and I’m waiting on results. I had a transfer and miscarried, followed by a transfer that didn’t stick. Hence the biopsy. I should get my results in 4 weeks. It hurt a little but nothing to worry about.

Yes, I just had one done a couple of weeks ago. Was shocked it came back positive for Chronic Endometritis (different from endometriosis - it's an endometrial infection), but it makes sense - I've had a ton of gynecological procedures as part of IVF and that's a risk factor for it.
