Down 4 since Thanksgiving, but the same since Christmas. Time to get back at it.

Down 3 since Thanksgiving. I focused on only eating the special things that I wouldn't get typically rather than trying every baked good I came across. The other things that has really helped is taking time to really enjoy my food. The first couple bites are always the best and then things aren't as good. By eating slowly and with more attention, I'm finding that I'm eating much less and am completely satisfied with fewer cravings.

Right after thanksgiving, I got the flu and lost 8. Looks like I gained back 4 which is amazing considering my dad passed away and I went back to my hometown and ate cookies for a week straight.

Gained 6 lbs. Oy. Lots of celebrating but also stress eating from my family. Actually mostly stress eating. Back on the wagon now.

The same - within my normal 3lb fluctuation. I indulged, but I kept my workouts up so it's all good.

Unbelievably, the same. I had lost 5 pounds prior, figured I put it back on, but did not. Whew.

I weighed myself this morning, was sure I'd put on weight, but no, the same weight. I have no idea how. It's a Christmas miracle.

I gained 3lbs; but I’m assuming some of it is sodium and gluten bloat. Tightening up starting today and hoping for the best.

Stayed the same somehow. My skin is worse from all the sugar but overall I thjust no I cut my alcohol consumption and snuck in a few extra walks with the dog to balance out actual weight gain.

Still need to lose 20 but at least I didn’t add to that.

Down 3lbs since mid-December. But I am quite discouraged, given all the effort made.

Up about five pounds from lowest, I honestly have been eating pretty badly for a couple of weeks so I am okay with it.

Successfully lost 50 pounds last year, and am ready and motivated to buckle down and lose the rest of the weight I need to this year.

Pretty much the same, but definitely am still feeling the need for a new start.

Did you gain or lose weight over the holiday? Or did your weight stay pretty much the same?
