I'm pretty permissive about stuff, but this would be a hard no from me. I'd offer to pick him up at 11 or midnight or whatever, but not to sleep overnight.

I would only agree IF I knew the parents very well and knew they would be heavily supervising. Otherwise NO!

My thirteen year old son wants to attend a co-ed sleepover. Says the boys and girls will sleep in separate rooms, and the parents will be home. I’m shocked this even exists. He says they are all just friends, and I believe that is likely the case. Still, there is no way I am comfortable with this, and am saying no. Just would love to know if this is common.
