I was/am almost the same. I'm 5'6" and weighed 125 or so until I got pregnant for the first time, about 7 years ago. Now I'm about 165. I've had periods of time where I buckle down and lose 10-15 pounds pretty easily but I have a lot of trouble sticking with it for more than a few weeks. I really do need to exercise more b/c I am just so out of energy all the time. More than the weight, that's what I hate now. I was a D1 athlete in college and ran marathons through my 20's-early 30's and I just feel so much crappier now. I know I'm older (40 now) but it could probably be a lot better if I was fitter.
Also feeling particularly sloppy and worn out after a long holiday week. Anyway, on to the new year...
