They've given me no other guidelines/guidance. I'm going to assume it is to be cheaply done (or the costs born per participant for any of those pay to play places). The kids don't know each other well and are all from different schools. So, I'm guessing some food, cake, maybe some thoughts from the coach. And if we wanted, some sort of activity (trampoline or something like that).
I guess I'm asking for experiences as to where you have had EOY parties and what they were like.
