OP here. Thanks to all for the responses. I feel reassured knowing this protocol isn’t totally off the wall.

My RE wants me to continue Clomid throughout the entire stimulation process. Fingers crossed it’s the missing piece.

I used it in a mini-type protocol. Fewer eggs, but much better # to blast, but still not successful. I only did that type of protocol once after many cycles over several years. I found success with DE.

Good morning! My new RE is recommending that I take Clomid during IVF stimulation to better recruit follicles early on. While I’m capable of producing a good amount of eggs (I got 20 before on a past cycle), I am a poor responder and need a lot of medication. I haven’t heard of this approach before, and am interested in hearing from others who’ve used a similar protocol. Thanks in advance for your input!
