We're not on a calendar year schedule - our performance year ends in March and bonuses, if there are any, come in August. Some years there are, and some not, and the amount in the pot varies. I always choose hours instead of cash, if given the choice.

I'm the poster who gets $150. You should see what our SES get! Normally about 25k. I check every year. The year I won a big case and got nothing, they got 45k I believe and a celebration.

We haven't done our performance evaluations yet (due Sept 30) so obviously I'm not getting a bonus this year.

Best I've ever received was 1.5% and that's when I made like 75k. Normally I get $150. After tax it's almost enough to pay for a dinner for DH and I.

Some years, yes. I've gotten somewhere between nothing and up to $1200 or so in the last ten years (I'm GS15). SES get more.

My DH gets something like this, but it seems like it might be every 6-18 months? It's not a holiday bonus.

My DW has received very small annual bonuses (ranging between $600-$900) over the past ~10 years but they are never a given and sometimes there are none.
