I would recommend Phillips and Cohen. They are excellent. Also what is the issue you are whistleblowing about? The SEC, CFTC, IRS, and DOL all have whistleblower programs.

I am in a similar boat. I have found intellectual properties in our company’s server that does not belong to our company. I have also seen resumes being padded before being submitted to clients, local government and sometimes the federal government. I thought this would be illegal. But I guess not because the ones who are involved in this activity are the ones moving up in the food chain.

Anyone here have experience reporting federal/state? Was it straightforward?

Katz, Marshall, and Banks, the Employments Law Group, and Zuckerman Law are firms I have litigated against and would recommend in this area.

I have years of concrete documentation that does not go back nearly as long as the issues I’ve uncovered. This involves violation of multiple laws. I’m sure that this would lead to discovery of things I don’t even know about. I can only imagine how the onion unpeels. I have reported my discovery to the highest levels of my company, a news organization. The person in question has repeatedly retaliated as a result, and in front of others and seems to have complete impunity. I’m not looking for a settlement but holding the person responsible and ultimately the company responsible if they do not do the right thing. I have waited too long for them to handle this. I am prepared to go public and need a lawyer who will not push for a quiet settlement. Once I stop waiting around for them to fix this, I’m prepared to see this to the end even if it means I never work again. So is there any lawyer in this town who would touch this?
