I did transfer and it didn’t work for us.. I would suggest cycling more than just transfer

If you have the time and money to do another cycle, and think you might want a sibling in the future, I'd wait and harvest now at your earliest age. I know there are conflicting opinions about PGS but I think it's great. Got me my son. Good luck!

Yeah I saw lot of articles like this with conflicting information and it’s driving me nuts. Pgs does not tell if the chromosomes are from mother and father. It only says if 2 sets of them are there unfortunately... pgs is not all comprehensive is the lesson we learnt.

This article suggests some 1pn embryos can turn out to be healthy pregnancies though the rate seems to be diminished. Given a normal pgs, which I'm assuming can tell you if there's mother and father chromosomes and all are normal, I'd be tempted to transfer and see what happens.

I'm a little confused by what you mean by 1 PN... doesn't that mean some sort of abnormal fertilization? However, your question really depends on a lot of factors. Why are you doing IVF? Ages? Hormone levels? Do you plan on more than 1 child?
